A specific defect report is a comprehensive inspection of up to THREE specified structural elements of a building. You can request either a structural survey or a specific defect report from the team at UK Structural Engineers Ltd and we will be happy to help. With either report an experienced, fully qualified Structural Engineer will:
Collect and return keys to an estate agent
Inspect the requested property
Identify the cause of any damage
Prepare a detailed report with the engineer's opinion and recommendations
Provide a guide price for any repairs*
